All of these images were shot in the Deep Creek area of Bryson City.

The tree swallows were nesting in a box Sami and installed in the front of our yard. In the springtime, there are tree swallows everywhere along with many eastern bluebirds.

We ventured to Cataloochee for the first time and saw many elk as the sun was setting.

This was the first trip that we saw black bears, which was fascinating and quite interesting to watch.
