This is a still image of Sami that I shot on the Sunkota Trail in Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Nov. I really liked the original image after toning it down to black and white, but I wanted to give it some movement, so I took it into Apple’s Motion and turned it into a 3D layer. Then I cut Sami out of the background, placed it on a different layer and manipulated the camera to make it appear as if it’s 3D. Pretty neat, albeit not terribly original.
